Ongoing Events in Linn County

 

CJ’s Socials Dances are held on the second Friday of each month. The time for the dances is 7:45-9:15pm and the location is Flinn Block West, 222 First Avenue SW, Albany, OR. During the first half hour, CJ will provide some dance instruction followed by one hour of mixed social dancing. Light snacks will be provided. Cost is $5. If you cannot afford the fee, please contact Theresa at 541-917-7777 or CJ at 503-507-9093. These dances are for high school age and older citizens with disabilities and their families and friends.

Self Protection, Advocacy & Rights Council (SPARC) is a great way for individuals with disabilities who are self-advocates to get involved in global issues. For SPARC meeting times in Corvallis or more Information, contact Shelia Thomsen at 541-230-0051.
